RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably.
RETURNS: Due to sanitary purposes, Pop'n Nail goods are non-refundable.
DEFECTS: Each set is packaged with care and checked 1-3 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email PopnNailsNYC@gmail.com your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right.
EXCHANGES: Pop'n Nails does not conduct exchanges. If in the event a product is defective, a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
